I must say thank you again to all the people of Faith Bible Chapel for all your love and care. These folks really do go out of the way to make our stay in Faith Bible Chapel a special event. The Pastors George and Cheryl Morrison are gracious to all of us in every way. Denver is blessed to have a Church like this one, and we bless and pray for them because they have a heart like our Lord Yeshua (Jesus) has...

This is the Ariel (Lion) Cafe in the gymnasium which served up the best food for Lunch, and then one evening for a Western BQ Dinner... Mmm good food!

The ladies that fixed the food were full of cookies and smiles :-) for each of us...

Blessing to all of you :-)

The gymnasium below was covered and painted to look like Jerusalem's county side, even the basketball hoops were covered, painted blue with clouds on them. What a blessing...

I met delightful folks at coffee break time...

Barry L. Wagner is the USA Representative for "Ezra International" -
With a friend enjoyed our morning break in the gymnasium.

I enjoyed meeting them both, having a cup of coffee with my new friends in the Lord. I prayed they (a van full), would have a safe trip home after visiting the Grand Canyon. Really there this so much I could say about how wonderful it was, but its time for me to wrap it up.

I would like to thank one other person.
Without Jan I may have never known about the ministry of BFP.
In 1994 she turn me on to the goodness of the ministry of BFP, I bless her for it.

Janice Boville
Arizona Representative for Bridges For Peace
Thank you Jan for spreading the good news of BFP, may we all heed the call!

To wrap up "An Arizona Take On Bridges For Peace Denver 2000 Conference" - I must also say todah rabba (thank you very much) to Clarence Wagner Jr. International Director of Bridges For Peace. The work of BFP has giving all of us the vision to performing the "Word of God" and by being part of Bible Prophecy by comforting God's people, Israel.

For all those who do not know of the ministry of BFP please read the following, and go to BFP web site. BFP is a rich link to the very best on Hebrew Roots Teaching, News, and the much more St. Paul speaks about in Romans chapter 11.

A Concise Summary of "Who Bridges For Peace Is"

Bridges For Peace - is a Jerusalem-based, multi-faceted, Christian organization dedicated to the building of sincere relationships between the Christian and Jewish communities, while encouraging greater concern for the land and people of Israel. It is our desire to see Christians and Jews working side by side for better understanding and a more secure Israel.

Founded in 1976, Bridges for Peace seeks to be a ministry of hope and reconciliation. Through programs both in Israel and worldwide, we are giving Christians the opportunity to actively express their biblical responsibility before God to be faithful to Israel and the Jewish
community.

For too long Christians have been silent. For too long the Jewish community has had to fight its battles alone. It is time Christian individuals and congregations speak up for the people who gave us the Bible.

We are committed to the following goals:
Interpreting Israel to Christians in light of the Bible and today's events. Providing counsel and channels of service for pro-Israel groups and individuals desiring to actively support and bless Israel and the Jewish people. Working to combat anti-Semitism and all forms of prejudice and misunderstanding between Christians and Jews. Bringing Christian concerns to the attention of appropriate Israeli leaders and to the Jewish community at large. Developing and providing a variety of study materials and aids to churches, schools, and tour groups to prepare Christians for an in-depth understanding of Israel and the Jewish roots of our Christian faith.

We are accomplishing this through a variety of programs:

Dispatch from Jerusalem: A bi-monthly publication with pertinent and positive news from Israel and informative insights into the hopes and aspirations of the Israeli people, all in a prophetic context.

Israel Teaching Letter: Monthly in-depth studies bringing to light the fuller meanings of biblical concepts from the Hebraic roots of the Scriptures.

Jerusalem Mosaic: A dynamic television series, shot on location in Israel, which brings the Land of the Bible and her people direct from Israel to you.

Update From Jerusalem: Weekly e-mail update with prayer focus. To subscribe, send the message: subscribe bfp-update from your e-mail address, to Update, at listproc@grmi.org

Galilee Study Center: Overlooking the Sea of Galilee, our center offers a directed study program, spacious accommodations, and a 2,000 book library. It is a welcome retreat for those who wish to relax or study.

Chai Night Prayer and Study Groups: A monthly intercessory prayer program sponsored by individuals and churches around the world who desire to "Pray for the Peace of Jerusalem."

Bridge-Building Projects: Promote better Christian-Jewish understanding and support for Israel on the local and regional level around the world. Projects such as Hebrew classes, film
series, Israel Awareness Programs, speakers bureau, study seminars, etc. are offered.

Operation Ezra: A vital social assistance program providing a channel of practical help to a variety of worthy projects in Israel utilizing cash contributions and gifts-in-kind from Christians to bless Israel. Through our Food Bank, food gifts are channelled to help Israel's needy (both Jews and Arabs). Currently we are assisting Jewish immigrants to Israel, Israel's elderly and poor, and Arab believers.

Operation Rescue: This program helps the poorest Jews, from the countries of the former Soviet Union, prepare to immigrate to Israel. Without our help, most would find the cost of passports, visas, ground transportation, lodging, etc. out of their reach.

Short Term Service: A wonderful opportunity for Christians to build sincere relationships by volunteering to serve as short term staff assisting Israelis poor and new immigrants directly via our BFP Food Bank/Distribution Center, Gleaning Program, and Home Repair Project.
Located on Mt. Tabor, this forest gives Christians the opportunity to participate in the greening of Israel and the fulfillment of the prophecies about the restoration of the Land.

Bible Study Tours in Israel: Bridges for Peace provides a variety of travel opportunities and lectures to help you or your tour group gain a deeper understanding of Israel, the Jewish people and the Jewish roots of our Christian faith in light of the Bible, history, archaeology, and current events. An extensive pre-travel study manual is a part of all BFP tours and is also available to individuals or tour groups coming to Israel.
