"Woman, thou art loosed...." Luke 13:12
This page and the following pages are for Women, however, we pray Men will also want to read the articles housed here as well.
Mayim Hayim Ministries felt putting up this page was necessary in light of all the Women bashing going on in the Church today. I praise God for real Men who do not feel threatened by a Woman in the pulpit. We bless God for each and every one of you!
We plan on putting up more uplifting articles which show how God has "Restored Women" in the name of Yeshua the Messiah (Jesus the Christ). We know some men and some women will not agree with us, and that will be their problem. We feel the word must go out that women have been Set Free by the Word of God, through God's Messiah, Yeshua (Jesus). Please do not write us with your ugly negative comments because we will not respond. However, if you are open to the leading of the Holy Spirit of God, you may learn some things from these pages, that is our desire and our prayer.
We have studied this subject out for almost 15 years now, and we have read every kind of book on the subject, both pro and con. However, the sheer weight of Biblical evidence for Women in Ministry is overwhelming positive. We may not agree with every point in all of these articles, but they will show that in Messiah (in Christ) we have always had the rights to preach, teach, and shepherd a flock if God's calling so dictates.
We pray you will learn and enjoy what we will serve up for you on Woman Restored page. If you know of any articles that are "pro" women in ministry, please send them to us so we might evaluate them and put them up on Woman Restored. May the God of Israel show you the freedom Messiah won on Cross for you. Women are rare pearls in the hand for our Lord, and it our job at Mayim Hayim Ministries to make sure you shine, shine, shine!!!
Messiah's cry for Women is a personal cry, and it is a clear cry, "Woman, thou art loosed...!

Reviews of Women in Ministry Silenced or Set Free? A Wonderful DVD Series
"Women in Ministry: Silenced or Set Free?" This DVD set is must have, and I thank God for Keith and Lorri MacGregor of MacGregor Ministries for putting out this DVD set. It's a very well produced and presented multi-media teaching series done by Cheryl Schatz on the legitimacy and freedom of women to be in "any ministry" that God should call them to. The instructor, Cheryl Schatz on the DVD is very knowledgeable, coming from a Hebraic Perspective. She is very articulate in her wonderful presentation of the hard subject. The series presents serious biblical exegesis and her research on a number of texts that are often quoted as "evidence" that women's roles and opportunities in ministry are limited. Taken all together we found this series to be very relevant for today and therefore highly recommend it to all. This series will go a long way in giving women the biblical freedom in the ministry God has called them to.
Does God have a law that silences women in the church? Would God forbid all Christian women from teaching men in the body of Messiah (Christ)? Some Pastors answer "yes" to these questions and they say that Scripture supports these restrictive rules. The passages that they point to in order to teach these prohibitions are also the passages that have been the hardest to interpret throughout church history. These passages on the surface appear to contradict other clear bible passages that free women to serve without restrictions. Because of these apparent contradictions many Christians have ignored these hard passages and chosen to stick to only the Scriptures which are much easier to understand. But is this right? Can we just ignore passages of Scripture because we don't like them or because they are difficult to understand? This presentation will deal with each of these hard passages of Scripture on the women's issue in order to help us understand God's intended meaning. If you click the picture you can see some DVD clips Cheryl Schatz has up-loaded to YouTube.com for you to view.
Women In Ministry Blog Cheryl Schatz Blog
"Women in Ministry: Silenced or Set Free?" This blog is for dialogue on the issue of women in ministry and the freedom for women to teach the bible in a public setting. It is also for questions and answers on our DVD entitled “Women in Ministry: Silenced or Set Free?” This 4 DVD set answers the hard passages of scripture that seem to restrict women’s ministry. If you have questions or just want to share or talk about the subject, this Blog is the place to do that. Cheryl Schatz is the sweetest sister in the Lord, and I was very impressed with her on the DVD's. I have spoken to her over the phone and I can tell you this lady has been "gifted" by God to help you understand it's all right for Women to be in ministry. -- Rev. Barbara A. Di Gilio Th.D.
