A Fresh Look At The Biblical
Hebrew Calendar

Part II

Zayin 7 - TISHRI - ETHANIM
Tishri means: bnning
Ethanim means: ever flowing streams
The three months of this third season of the year are:
Tishrei, Cheshvan, Kislev.

This months letter Zayin is an ancient Hebrew picture of a "weapon." Its meaning: cut or to cut off. The month of Tishrei begins the season of autumn or as some call it "fall." Adam was given Life on the 1st of Tishrei, which was the 6th day of Creation. Thus the heavens and the earth were finished and all the host of them. G-d then rested and this was the first Sabbath, the Seventh day given to mankind, and because of this, all sevens are special to our Jewish people.

Nisan is the 1st of the year, or the first month of the religious calendar, the month called the month of great Jewish Redemption. Then in the month Tishrei, the 7th month of the religious calendar and the first month of the civil calendar, we see the Day of Atonement which brought with it, Redemption from year to year when the Temple was standing. G-d knew the Temple was going to destroyed in 70AD/CE, so a Lamb was slain from brfore the foundation of the world for this problem. With the work of Yeshua Messiah, Jewish At-one-ment is completed! If atonement is not made for us, we would indeed be a people "cut off" from G-d. The theme of both the first and seventh months are "Blood, Redemption and Salvation." As a Jewish Believer in Messiah Yeshua, I have someone who atoned for me. Yeshua, the Lamb of G-d who takes away the sins of the world, a free gift for all, all who would have trusting faith in Him.

Tishrei begins the season called "reflected light"- this allusion hint at something very special to us by the first three letter of the name "Tishrei" - Tav Shin Resh.

From right to left
Tav Shin Resh spells the word "tip."

As a noun we see "tip" as the pinnacle; the apex or point of this month.
As for
service, a "tip" is seen as "compensation or reward."
As
advice a "tip" is seen as a "hidden clue" tucked or hidden away in this month.
As a
verb a "tip" also means: to tilt or overturn something.

What could all this all be pointing to? I believe it is pointing to the many truths in the Scriptures about who Messiah is.

As a
noun we see "tip" points to: Ezekiel chapter 21:1-17, which seem to be a parable of the sword (Zayin) of the L-RD against Jerusalem and those G-d calls "My people," its not a pretty picture.

"I have set the
point (tip) of the sword (Zayin) against all their gates, that their heart may faint, and their ruins be multiplied: ah! it is made bright, it is wrapped up for the slaughter." (Eze 21:15)
When did this take place, some say it has not happen yet, I believe it did in 70 AD, and even happen again.

As for service a "tip" points to:

"After these things the Word (also seen as a sword in the New Covenant) of the L-RD came unto Abram in a vision, saying, Fear not, Abram: I am your shield, and your
exceeding great reward." Genesis 15:1 AGI - "The L-RD recompense your work (give you compensation Ruth), and a full reward be given you of the L-RD G-d of Israel, under whose wings (tzitzits) you’ve come to trust (believe)." (Ruth 2:12 AGI).
Gentiles grafted into Israel get compensation for service because of Yeshua the Messiah.

As
advice "tip" points to King David speaking to Abigail:

"...blessed is your advice, and blessed are you, which has kept me this day from coming to shed blood, and from avenging myself (by my sword), with mine own hand." (I Samuel 25:33 AGI). David the anointed King of Israel, is in type a picture of the Messiah (Anointed One). "Now all these things happened to Israel for examples: and they are written in the Hebrew Scriptures to warn us and give us advice, because the ends of the age has come." (I Corinthians 10:11 AGI).

As a
verb to "tip" points to:

"Thus saith the L-RD G-D; Remove the diadem and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high. I will
overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until He (Messiah) come whose right it is; and I will give it (the Kingdom) Him (Messiah)." (Ezekiel 21:26-27 AGI)
Because of the work of the Messiah, His overturning the sin of Adam, many of the children of Israel, as well as those from the Nations shall be turned (converted) to the L-RD God.

It is not the Jew who converts to Gentiles ways, or Roman Church way, but it is the Gentiles and the Roman Church who are in need of converting (turning) back to their Hebrew L-rd! Yeshua the Jew, and this month bring the perfect time frame and setting to do it!

Thus Tishri teaches us by
reflecting its "light" on the whole of "Scripture." Our G-d, is that "ever flowing streams" (Ethanim) who's desire is not for us to be "cut off" (Zayin) on the Day of Atonement, but to give all a new beginning (Tishri).

Tishri Mazal: Moznayim (Libra - scales or weighing)
The scales of Libra symbolizes "Divine Judgment," one of the major themes of this month.
On Rosh HaShanah the "books" are opened, and on Yom Kippur they are closed.

"I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of His head like the pure wool: His throne was like the fiery flame, and His wheels as burning fire. A fiery stream issued and came forth from before Him: thousand thousands ministered unto Him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened (time frame: Rosh HaShanah)." (Daniel 7:9-10 AGI)

You see, all of the deeds of all mankind will one day be weighed and judged, and it will be in this month. It is said of Moznayim (Libra), it root comes from the root word "oznayim" (ears), implying balance and equilibrium. You know, the kind of inner sense you get from your inner ears, stable balance. G-d is required to judge Israel on Tishrei, but how does He judge her? It is with great mercy that He does so. For thoses who have trusting faith in Yeshua Messiah's finished work, you have past from judgment unto Life already. Your works will be judged to see if they are gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, stubble. If they are wood, hay, stubble they will be consumed by fire. This real is the "Checed - Mercy" of G-d on our behalf to burn up our dead works so they do not stand before G-d. Checed is G-d's faithfulness on our behalf. He is faithful even when we are not, praise be His Holy Name!

The other major theme of this month is the
Coronation, and Crowning of the Messiah. One of the majors stars to the right of Libra scales is called: Corona. The Hebrew name for Corona is Atarah, meaning: "Royal Crown," and in Arabic it means: Ornament or Jewel. The bright star in this crown is "Al-pacca" meaning: "The Shining." To the left of Libra scales are two more majors stars, the first one adjacent is Lupus, "The Wolf" and in Latin it means: "The Victim." The second is called Crux, meaning: Cross. What a pictures I see here!

This teaches us that Messiah, "the victim" weighed down with the sins of the world at the "Cross," received a "Crown" for His work. One day Messiah will receive even more crowns when Believers throw their crowns down at His feet. For the New Covenant Scriptures tell us:

"Messiah's eyes were as a flame of fire, and on His head He were "many crowns"; and He had a Name written, that no man knew, but He Himself." Revelation 19:12 - I believe that Name, will be the Name no one knows TRULY knows how to pronounce today.

Tishri Tribe: Ephraim
Ephraim is the second son of Joseph, and blessed with the power to be fruitful and multiply. The name Ephraim really comes from G-d's first command to Adam to "parah!" On the day of his creation (the first of Tishrei - Rosh HaShanah) G-d said to Adam, "be fruitful and multiply."

Ephraim means: double fruit; fruitfulness.
"And the name of the second Joseph called Ephraim: For G-d has caused me to "be fruitful" in the land of my affliction." (Genesis 41:52) To procreate is a commandment of the highest order, one that transcends the Torah given to Moses. Spiritually, the time from Rosh HaShanah to Shemini Atzeret (a Sabbath), is seen as a time of or a state of "pregnancy." We are pregnant with a "hope!" It is hope that G-d brings to us who have a New Birth. Our old sin filled soul has now passed the birth canal into the light of G-d's true "Light," Messiah the Light of the world. Believers in Messiah have a "Hope" of the coming of our L-rd on Rosh HaShanah, to take Himself a Bride made ready.

Rosh HaShanah also has some other major themes, and one really major one for "Believers," is a
"Wedding Feast" which will start with the blowing of the Shofar.

"Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep (die), but we shall all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump (a name for Rosh HaShanah): for first the Shofar shall sound, and the dead (in Messiah) shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal body must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal body shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, 'Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?'" I Corinthians 15:51-55 (AGI)

Tishri is a month I really look forward to every year, what about you? Have you ever pondered the L-rd's coming for you in this month?

Chet 8 - CHESHVAN - BUL

Cheshvan means: Eighth
Bul means: Rain - Withering - Increase; produce

The eighth letter of the Hebrew AlephBet is the letter of life, a Chet. In the Hebrew Scriptures as well as the New Covenant Scriptures, the number eight is seen as a life giving number. Will say more about the number eight in a minute.

Cheshvan is also called Chodesh Bul. This comes from the Hebrew word Mabul,
"the flood." Chodesh means: (moon or month). When did the flood begin? It is believed the flood began on the 17th of Cheshvan, and it ended the following year, on the 27th of Cheshvan. Then the following day, the 28th of Cheshvan, Noah, who's name means: "rest," brought his sacrifice to G-d. Bet = G-d's House, i.e. His Temple, and 8 = Chet, which stands for Life. So the Ark was for Noah and his family, a "House or Temple of Life" while the Mabul covered the earth!

G-d seeing what was now finished swore He would never again bring
Mabul, a flood upon the earth to destroy mankind again. He knew Noah and mankind needed a sign, so G-d revealed the Sign of His Covenant with Noah, a Rainbow. That very same "Rainbow" surrounds His Throne today. "...And there was a Rainbow round about the Throne, in sight like unto an Emerald." (Rev 4:3b)

When we think of
life, we often think of the color Green. Trees, grass, plants, are all living things. Hence the Emerald colored Rainbow around the Throne of the "Living G-d"! To make plants, grass, and trees to grow, you need mayim (water), and rain water is by far the best for these. Bul which means "Rain"- also means: "increase; produce" and paints a very colorful picture for us of this month. - "Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in Mine House (Temple), and prove Me now herewith, saith the L-rd of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of Heaven, and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it." (Malachi 3:10)

A long time ago G-d opened the windows in heavens for Noah, and when this happened it destroyed the earth, all but
8 (chet) people who were saved because of the Ark of G-d, or the House of Life which by the way had only one door, and that door was sealed by the finger of the Living G-d!

"In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of Heaven were opened. And the
"rain" was upon the earth forty days and forty nights." (Genesis 7:11-12)
Therefore Malachi 3:10 has more to do with "rain" then wealth, as many teachers today teach. Not that you can not make a midrash out of Malachi 3:10, you can, but that would be "to lead into" the text, not "leading out of" the text. Truly, what we "lead out" (exegesis) of the biblical text, is alway governed by what we have led "into it" (eisegesis) beforehand.

By the way, Cheshvan is the only month on the Jewish Calendar which has nothing special about it we are told, no holidays or specific mitzvoth (commands). We ask ourselves why?
Because this month is "set aside" for the time of Messiah (Mashiach). He will come and will undertake the building of the Temple in this month. At least, this is the thinking of the great Rabbis and Sages. We will have to wait and see if this month will be blessed for this future event. Right now, Believers are the Temple of Living G-d in the earth.

"Know ye not that ye are the Temple of G-d, and that the Spirit of G-d dwelleth in you?" 1 Corinthians 3:16

Most rabbinical Jews considered the Hebrew letter Nun to be the letter of the Messiah. It is said with reference to the Messiah and the Nun: "before the sun, is his name Ye-non (from nun)" (Psalms 72:17). But I say, the Messiah letter is the Chet, the 8th letter, the letter of "Life"! The eighth month is the month of Messiah, for eight signifies the eternal revelation of the supernatural, the "Transcendent One." The "harp" of this world possesses seven strings, but the harp of the Mashiach will possess eight strings. The number 8 transcends the number 7, it is a higher thing!

The Maharal of Prague, Rabbi Yehuda Loewe, deals in depth with the significance of numbers. He explains that the number 7 always symbolizes the natural cycle. The 7 days of Creation, there are 7 days in the week, etc... However, the number 8 signifies that which is above the natural cycle like the
Olam Haba (the World to Come). King David who composed Psalm 119, laid it out in a most deliberate way. David used the Hebrew AlephBet containing 22 letters and arranged them in a pattern of 8 verses for each letter. Psalm 119 is all about G-d’s Torah, His Word, and it has 176 verses, that is 22 x 8 = 176, which just happens to equal the Gematria of the word "For ever" in Exodus 19:9. We need to ask ourselves why did David do this? We find a clue in the Talmud.

"In the Talmud (Berachos 4b), it refers to this Psalm as the repetition of eight. Whereas the number seven symbolizes the power of
this World, which was created in seven days, eight symbolizes release from the desires of the mundane world which distract a person from his spiritual aspirations." (Tehillim Series by ArtScroll, page 1415).

Psalm 119 shows us several wonderful things.

1. It shows us Torah as being Living! - The entire Book of Psalms pictures this.
2. As being Eternal, (unceasing, an everlasting). Psalm 119: 89; Matthew 5:18.
3. It shows us that a person can seek G-d’s precepts from the Torah and walk in total liberty. Psalm 119:45; James 1:25. To the Jewish mind, Torah = G-d's Grace, and truly Messiah is the Living Torah! John 1:1
4.
By David’s uses of the number 8, we see a higher thing, not natural or temporal, not subject to change. (II Cor 4:18) David is in type a picture of Messiah.

The truth is really clearer still, Messiah is the "Volume of the Book" (Psalm 40). He can be found in all the Hebrew letter of the AlephBet, not just the Chet. We must remember, He is "All" in all. Blessed be He!!!

Mazal: Ak-rav (Scorpio--scorpion)
The word "akrav" derives from the word "akev" heel, and as the words of Torah state:
"And I will put enmity between thee (the snake) and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed (Messiah); it shall bruise thy head, and thou shalt bruise his heel." (Genesis 3:15)

The akrav symbolizes the "bite" of the snake at the heel of the one who would be called, "Son of man, Yeshua." The Messiah is the only one who can overcome Satan, and ultimately destroy that primordial sin-filled snake. The numerical value of the Hebrew word "Messiah (Mashiach)" = 358, and the Hebrew word for snake, "nachash" also = 358.

"And as Moses lifted up the serpent (nachash)
in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: That whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have Eternal Life (Chai)" John 3:14-15. (AGI)

G-d told Moses to make a serpent, why? The commandments state:
"Thou shalt not make unto you any graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth" (Exodus 20:4). So why did G-d now tell Moses to make a graven image? G-d stated that those who would look upon it (nachash- the serpent), would be healed, again why? This graven image of a brazen serpent was indeed trouble for Israel in the days of King Hezekiah.

"Hezekiah removed the high places (places of worship), and broke the images, and cut down the groves, and broke in pieces
the brazen serpent that Moses had made: for up until those days the children of Israel did burn incense to the brazen serpent: and he called brazen serpent, "Nehushtan" (copper or brass serpent)." (2 Kings 18:4 AGI)

This has been something I have tried to understand for many years now. I have even been called a blasphemy by some because I've stated that "G-d ordered Moses to brake His own Torah, in order to heal Israel." May G-d be true and I a liar, I am not saying that G-d sinned, may it never be. But what I am saying is, G-d did tell Moses to make what Torah tells us not to make, a graven image. One day I believe G-d gave me an understanding of all my whys on this question? You may or may not agree with me, but please do not give me and rabbinical mumbo jumbo about it. I've read it all, and they are not right on this point. It was by G-d's order that an graven image was made, not Moses.

"As I view it, G-d allowed His Torah (G-d's teaching, guidance and instruction) to be broken for the sake of Life! G-d wanted to show Israel in "type" a picture of a loathsome abhorrent accursed thing, that when looked upon by them, would indeed heal them for the nachash (serpent's) bite. This is just what Messiah Yeshua is to Israel today, a loathsome abhorrent accursed "non-Torah" image. However, if Israel would indeed look upon "Messiah Yeshua," they to would be healed from the serpent's bite as well. Now, I am not saying that Messiah Yeshua has ever broken the Torah, may it never be, He did not! He was perfect in all His ways! What I am saying is this, Life takes precedence over the Torah, even the Rabbis and Sages teach us this truth in their writings.

"And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the Spirit of grace and of supplications: and they shall look upon Him (Messiah),
(Et - AlephTav) whom Israel have pierced, and Israel shall mourn for Him (Messiah), as one mourns for his only son, and Israel shall be in bitterness for Messiah, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn." (Zechariah 12:10 AGI) - "Heal me, O L-RD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise." (Jeremiah 17:14)

The stars in this constellation really show us this picture. Ophiuchus, called a Mighty One holds a serpent high above his head, and his foot is on the head of "Akrav" the Scorpion.
G-d placed these signs in the heavens as prophecy for us to understand. This prophecy is of the Mighty One (the Redeemer) who was to bruise the sepent's head, while the Mighty One is bruised in the heel by the sting of the Scorpion.
A Genesis 3:15 prophecy in sky pictures. The heavens do indeed declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows us His handiwork. Day by day we utter speech, and night unto night shows us His knowledge. Praise and bless His Holy Name!

Tribe: Manasseh
Joseph's firstborn son is Manasseh. The name Manasseh means: "cause to forget," and it will be the Messiah who will "cause this world to past away, and cause a new world to come." By the mighty power of Messiah, all of the sin, sickness, and pain of this world will be totally transform when He comes. Then we will enter the Messianic reign of Messiah Yeshua as King of all the earth. Messiah Yeshua will also cause His brother's and sister's in Israel to forget what they have done to Him, because He holds no malice towards them. Just as Joseph held no malice towards his brothers but stated: for G-d did send me before you (Israel) to preserve Life! (Genesis 45:5
b)

What a wonderful day that will be to see Israel and Yeshua Messiah embracing, praise His Holy Name!

Tet 9 - KISLEV
Kislev means: Trust and Security
Kislev has as part of its name, the word "lev" heart!

The ninth letter of the Hebrew AlephBet is the letter Tet. The ancient meaning "to surround" is a picture of a twisted snake in a circle. As with all of the Hebrew letters, remember there is a positive and negative mean. We can see that by the ancient picture, the Tet or twisted snake is within a circle, this is a positive for Believers in Messiah Yeshua. We know the one who surrounds us is the Messiah of G-d, and He keeps the twisted snake from us when we listen and obey His voice. There are two states of trusting faith, one active and one passive. Trust must alway start in the "lev" heart, but trust always leads us into right actions. One can said, I believe, but not really have rest in their heart. Yet another person can say, Yes I believe, and be totally at peace within his or her heart. Security of heart is truly a gift from G-d!

The modern Hebrew letter Tet, which resembles a "womb" also has been blessed with the being the number 9, corresponding identical to the 9 months of pregnancy. This is not chance, but by G-d's Divine intervention, places in the present day AlephBet. The month of Kislev is the month of Hanukah. Hanukah is the only holiday in the Jewish calender which combines together two months: Hanukah the 25th, begins in the month of Kislev and is concluded in the month of Tevet, the month of the Yod. What we find in Haggai 2:18 is really interesting in light of Kislev. In the 24th Kislev, the "foundation of the L-RD'S Temple was laid." The festival of Hanukah is celebrated the next day, the 25th of Kislev, and for more on this subject please read my article:
"For Unto Us a Child is Born: The Debate of Timing"!

Remember that the word Kislev means: "trust." The way of the Hasidism Movement within Judaism is build on absolute trust and faith in G-d's omnipresence and the omnipotence of G-d's Divine providence. (Messianic Judaism is also the same). This is the foundation given them by their master, the Ba'al Shem Tov, the Hasidism Movements founder. I believe the spirit of the Hasidism Movements founder (Ba'al Shem Tov) legacy to us is truly of the Spirit of G-d, and we can learn much from his teaching on the Heart kind of worship! - I never throw out the Baby with its bath water. Some of today's teaching is a far cry from what the Ba'al Shem Tov taught.

Kislev Mazal: "keshet" (bow- Sagittarius)
Sagittarius is an Archer with a drawn bow "keshet," and the "bow" of this month of Kislev. The prophetic message of the month of Kislev is three fold, the Lev (Heart), the Archer and the Right Hand (Yod). All these can be seen in the prophetic message of Psalm 45, and if you add up 4 + 5 = 9, Kislev is that ninth month. One other thing, Sagittarius the Archer is pulling back his bow with his right hand. This is important to us because it shows us his powerful arm. Remember the "right hand" is an idiom for "the arm of mighty power- G-d's arm, and a picture of Messiah."

Let us read Adah Guzman Interpretation of Psalm 45, I think you will see Messiah as the Archer, and the Mighty G-d (El Gibbor) in it.

"To the chief Musician upon Shoshannim (a lily; tubular shape or arched bow), for the sons of Korah (ice or hail), Maschil (a didactic poem), A Song of loves. My heart (lev) overflows with a good theme; I address my verses to the King; my tongue is the pen of a ready writer. You art fairer than the children of men: Grace is poured into and out off your lips: therefore G-d has blessed You forever. Gird Your sword upon Your thigh, O most mighty warrior, with Your glory and Your majesty. Majesty ride mightily because of truth and meekness and righteousness; and Your right hand (Your power) shall teach You awesome things. Your arrows are sharp in the heart (lev) of the King's enemies; and the people fall under You. Your throne, O G-d, is forever and ever: the sceptre (your rod) of Your Kingdom, is a sceptre of uprightness. You love righteousness and hate wickedness: therefore G-d, Your G-d, has anointed (mashach) You with the oil of gladness above Your fellows. All Your garments smell of myrrh, aloes, and cassia, out of the ivory palaces, and they have made You glad. Kings' daughters are among Your the noble women; At Your right hand (Your power) is appointed Your queen, in gold from Ophir. Hear Me O daughter, and consider, and incline your ear; forget also your own people, and your father's house; so shall the King greatly desire your beauty: for He is your Adoni (L-rd); and O how you worship Him. The Daughter of Tyre will come with a gift, men of wealth will seek Your good favor. The King's daughter is all glorious within: her clothing is of interwoven gold. She shall be brought into the King in raiment of fine embroidered work: the virgins her companions that follow her shall also be brought to You. With gladness and rejoicing shall they be brought: they shall enter into the King's Temple. In place of your fathers will be your sons; You shall make them princes in all the earth. I will cause Your Name to be recognized and remembered in all generations: therefore shall the people praise You forever and ever."

Kislev Tribe: Benjamin
As Rachel soul was departing her, (for she was dying) she cried out her your new son name Benoni: but Jacob his father cried out after her, no, call him Benjamin. Benoni means: son of my sorrow, and Benjamin means: son of the right hand! One again we see the right hand shining bright in this month, in the tribe of Benjamin. Yeshua the Messiah, fulfilled the name of Benoni (son of sorrow) with His first coming. To see this so clearly in Isaiah 53, the one chapter never read in the synagogue. With Messiah's second coming, He will fulfilled the name of Israel's son Benjamin, Son of the Right Hand!

Benjamin is called a ravenous wolf; and in the morning hours Benjamin would devours his prey, then in the evening hours Benjamin would divides his spoil. Moses said of Benjamin in the end of Torah something most profound. Of Benjamin he said,
"May the beloved of the L-RD dwell in trust by Him, who shields and hovers over him all the day, and he dwells between His shoulders" (Deuteronomy 33:12). Benjamin is the only tribe of Israel who was born in the land of Israel. Benjamin's talent was to shoot straight at his target, and he was able to do this because he depended upon his tranquil inner spirit, it was indeed the Spirit of Living G-d.

Yod 10 - TEVET
The word Tevet comes from a root word that means: good, "tov"

These months in this fourth season are: Tevet, Shevat, Adar.

The Hebrew letter Yod brings in the "good" month of Tevet, and begins the fourth season of the year called winter. Tevet on the Jewish calendar is the "Yod," which stands for the Hand of G-d. Tevet begins its cycle with the last days of Hanukah welcoming it in, and G-d plan it this way. This day is the climax, really its the culminating day of Hanukah, the "eighth day" which is called "Zot Chanukah" by the Rabbis. The meaning of Zot Hanukah or 8th Dedication, literally means: "this is Hanukkah!"

It is the day we start a prosses first of circumcision of the foreskin of the lips. Then we circumcision of the foreskin of the ears on the 8th day of Sukkot, and then again we circumcision the foreskin of our hearts on the day of Atonement (Yom Kippur).

What we see here is clear, the Hebrew letters (Chet and Yod) are the numbers (8 and 10 = 18), and they are all linked together in this 10th month. Chet Yod spells Chai = LIFE!

The Hebrew letter Yod is the first letter of the Tetragrammaton (Yod Hey Vav Hey), G-d's quintessential Holy Name. It is also the final letter of the Holy Name, and with this essential "Yod" did our G-d reveal the world on the 25th day of Elul. Thus, the Yod is the beginning and the end of the Name of the L-RD! Because of this, many of our Rabbis chose to write the Holy Name in the Scripture. However, the ancient Hebrew picture of the Yod is a picture of a "hand" - "a closed right hand" and paints another picture for us.

The picture is of the Messiah.
"The L-RD
said unto My L-rd, Sit at My right hand, until I make Your enemies Your footstool" Psalm 110:1.

By G-d's Divine "Grace" (Messiah), the eternal Temple is being built right now in the earth.
It was first built into the heart of Israel, and then all those who are grafted in to Israel, and one day very soon, the physically manifest of it in the earth will be seen.

In Genesis 8:5 we read:
"And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, it was on the first day of the month, that the tops of the mountains were seen."

Remember this day, the "eighth day" is called "Zot Hanukah" as we said before, but why is it so named?
Zot means, "this" and Zot Hanukah is also called the "final seal." "And Avraham received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith, and it was "this" (zot) "eighth day" circumcision given to Avraham that would reveal the Spiritual. (Roman 4:11)

From the head of the month; Rosh Chodesh of Elul until Hanukah eighth day, a Spiritual "Hand" so to speak, illuminates the heavens, waiting to receive all those who were unable to repent fully before Yom Kippur. A Biblical allusion can be found in Isaiah 27:9 as well; "Therefore through this (zot) Jacob's iniquity will be forgiven." The word "Zot" is spelled, Zayin =7 Aleph =1 Tav =400, the total =408. Now the word Ahav "Love" also = 408. Therefore by "this love" (zot ahav) will Jacob's (Israel's) iniquity be forgiven by G-d.
The key question is when?

This will happen with the coming of Messiah. The word coming- "bow" in Hebrew, is spelled, Hey =5 Bet = 2 Aleph =1 Tav =400 also = 408, showing us this exquisite truth about "this"
"Life Giving Goodness of our G-d."

Tevet Mazal: "Gedi" (Capricorn - The Kid i.e. Goat)
It is said that immaturity’s major character flaw is and "evil eye." What does this mean? Well to the Jewish Rabbis, this means "being stingy with people. While maturity is seen as a "good eye," or a "generous person." Now the Gedi (Goat) = 17, and 17 also = tov "good" or the "good eye - Ayin Tov," showing us that Capricorn the Goat would bring us a message of
"a generous person"
in the star system. This Goat has a tail of a "fish," and is indeed a very strange picture in the sky, yet not without meaning. What we have is a picture of the atonement made by Yeshua "a generous person" who gave His Chai - Life as a sacrifice.

The sign of His "Body" (E'dah -Congregation) is the "Fish!" The sign below is the sign of the first century Believers. A Menorah and a Fish (notice the fish as a "good eye"). These two forming a Star of David in its middle. This sign was found on Mt. Zion in Jerusalem, and some 40 peices of clay pottery were found in 1969 by Tech Oteeoos, a Greek Otrhodox monk in his nineties, and this is just now coming to light for the Believers in Messiah. It is believed that the place where these peices were found on Mt. Zion, is the place of the Congregation of Yacov (James) the Just, the brother of our L-rd, and the place they held their Shabat Services. See how the base of the Menorah forms half of the star, and the tail of the fish with the good eye, forms the other half.

The "Gedi" (goat) of the sin offering was to bear the iniquity of the E'dah (Congregation), and to make atonement for them before the L-RD (Leviticus 10:16-17). Truly from the dying "Gedi" comes the Living Fish, which is the sign of the multitudes of the redeemed who have been given Life as a result of the sacrifice of Messiah. The sign of the Ichthus (in Greek), the "Fish," is the sign of the E'dah (Congregation), and is an actostic meaning: "Jesus Christ, G-d's Son, our Saviour." This sign was then and is now, a statement of Faith!

If you would like one to wear, you may order it from Israel at a very fair price. I have one in gold, and love what it stands for:
The Galilee Experience.

Tevet Tribe: Dan
Dan means: "to judge." Dan is likened to a snake, who bites with the venom of his anger. The eye of the snake, Satan, is the "evil eye," he comes to kill steal and destroy. Were as Yeshua eye is a "good eye" the one who came to give us Life more abundantly, John 10:10. Our Sages teach us that only one from the root of Dan can spontaneously appear and kill the evil snake--"one like him, killes him." We see once again a key lining up with the New Covenant Scriptures. Nicodemus is told by Yeshua, that "He" must be lifted up as the "serpent" was lifted up in the wilderness, but why? the answer is what Yeshua said next: "That whosoever Believes in Him should not perish, but have Eternal Life... For G-d sent not His Son into the world to 'Judge' (Dan) the world; but that the world through Him might be "saved." (John 3:16-17)

What does it mean to be saved? Really it means all the following thing: to preserve, to delivered, to heal, to make whole, and to protected. Everything Satan that twisted snake will not do for you, because he is evil, Messiah will do for you! Remember, nachash ("snake") = 358 and so does Messiah = 358. Good winning over evil in the end!

In the Zohar it is taught that the commander-in-chief of the army of Messiah will come from the tribe of Dan. However, Messiah is the Commander-and Chief of His own Army! He will come to Judge (Dan) in the end of days. Remember Yeshua Messiah is the "All in all!"

In the constellation of the Goat can be seen
"Sagitta," with its 18 stars. It is called "the Arrow of G-d's Judgment Against Sin." "O L-RD, rebuke me not in Your wrath: neither punish me in Your hot displeasure (fury). For Your arrow sticks fast in me, and Your hand presses me sore" Psalm 38:1-2. This will be Satan end!

Kaf 11 - SHEVAT
Shevat meaning: unknown

Kaf is the letter assigned for the 11th month, a month with an unknown meaning. Kaf is also assigned the number 20 in the Hebrew AlephBet. A Kaf is a picture of a "arm" in the ancient picture language meaning: to cover, to allow. It is the
arm of the open right hand, were as the Yod is the right hand being closed.

The later Sages said that the 1st of Shevat is comparable to the day of the giving of the Torah. Just as the 6th of Sivan, on which our Torah was given to us remains forever suitable for the renewed acceptance of Torah. Similarly is the heart of a Jewish person newly receptive
(born anew) to the Torah on the 1st of Shevat! Why is that? Because on that day (1st of Shevat) they began to receive the Book of Devarim (Deuteronomy) from the L-RD. However, this time it was thru Moses the man of G-d. On the 1st of the month, Moses, inspired by prophecy from Holy Spirit of G-d in Moab (the seed of the father), began to recite the "words" of the Book to Israel.

"These be the "words" which Moses spake unto all Israel on this side Yarden (a descender) in the wilderness, in the plain over against the Red sea, between Paran (ornamental), and Tophel (quagmire), and Laban (place to be white or clean), and Hazeroth (Yards or Towns), and Dizahab (of gold). (Deuteronomy 1:1 AGI).

Here Moses reviewed many of the Torah's instructions that had been taught to them at Mt. Sinai, and in the "Ohel Moed" (the Tent of Meeting), and the Mishkan (the Tabernacle). This was the place they had come to study Torah from Moses, Aaron, and Miriam (Micah 6:4). This 5th Book is called
"Mishne Torah," (a review of Torah), and it is for this very reason that Moses also taught them many additional teachings.

This month is known also for Tu B'shevat the "New Year of Trees." In the time of Yeshua, there were two schools of thought as to when this day (Tu B'shevat) should be held. Should it be held on the 15th day of Shevat (according to the school of Hillel), or (according to the school of Shamai), should it be held on the 1st day of Shevat. The school of Hillel won out, and so we celebrate Tu B'shevat on the 15th.

Now the 15th day of the 11th month alludes to the secret of G-d's ineffable Name
, whose first two letters are, Yod Hey, (which represent the higher or hidden (sod) level of union) and = 15. And as for the last two letters, Vav Hey (they represent the lower, revealed level of union), they = 11. The full secret of the Name = 26 is the secret of the "Tree of Life," and it can be found in no other person then Messiah of Israel, Yeshua!

"For those whom He foreknew, He also predestined to become conformed to the image of His Son, so that He would be the firstborn among many brethren; and these whom He predestined, He also called; and these whom He called, He also justified; and these whom He justified, He also glorified." (Romans 8:29)

By what calling did He call them?
He called them by the "Blood" and "Tree of Life," in Messiah Yeshua.

Calling them to be like "trees" planted by the Rivers of living water (mayim hayim an idiom for the Holy Spirit - John 10:4), that would bring forth fruit in season; who's leaf shall not wither; and whatsoever he/she does shall prosper - Psalm 1:3.

This month Believers should be aware of this wonderful truth about the New Years of Trees:
"The Tree of Life you can eat from is in none other then the person of Messiah Yeshua."

Shevat Mazal: "deli" (Aquarius - pail)
The root of "deli" means "to lift up," as in the verse "Arise, O L-RD; O G-d, lift up Your hand: forget not the humble" Psalm 10:12. Here we see the beloved King David (in type, Messiah) crying out for the L-RD G-d to lift up His hand, the Kaf, the open hand to the humble, the tzadik (righteous). Thus the Ba'al Shem Tov said that when one meets a water-carrier carrying pitchers full of water, it is a sign of blessing.

"And Yeshua sent forth two of His disciples, and said to them,
You go into the city, and there shall you meet a man bearing a pitcher full of water: follow him. And wheresoever he shall go into, say to the goodman of the house, The Master said, Where is the guestchamber, where I shall eat the Passover with My disciples?"
(Mark 14:13-14)

This Passover was indeed a blessing for the Congregation (E'dah) of the tzadik
(the righteous), they just did not know how blessed till the 1st day of the week rolled around. (The 1st day of the week, is also the 8th day, if counting consecutively).

A manifestation of righteousness can be seen in the picture of a "water carrier." Who is this person? It is a Believer who is full of the Holy Spirit of G-d. The Congregation (E'dah) of the tzadikim
will be filled with many "trees" full of good fruits. So then the waters of Shevat represent the sweet waters of Holy Spirit of G-d, and the Living Water Torah. Rabbi Sh'aul said Yeshua proclaimed the same thing: "That He (Messiah) might sanctify and cleanse it (the Body - Congregation - E'dah) with the washing of water by the Word (Torah), that He (Messiah) might present it to Himself a glorious Body, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy (set apart) and without blemish." (Ephesians 5:26-27)

In Aquarius is a star that is a Swan, whose name is Cygnus. Eighty-one stars make up this constellation, and they confirm the sureness of Yeshua's great end time harvest of HIS BODY. When will that take place you may ask? It is when Yeshua Messiah comes to "nastal" (pluck out - rapture - catching away) His Bride. That Bride is now being made up of both Jew and non-Jews who know and love Him, and are called out by His Name. It will be on this day, that we will be found by Him without blemish, this is our wedding day.

Four for the brightest stars make up the shape of the cross in Cygnus; the clearest of the four is called Deneb, meaning:
"the L-rd or Judge will come." The other three are Azel, "who goes and returns;" Fafage, "glorious, shining forth;" Sadr, "who returns as in a cycle." I believe the Sadr, "who returns as in a cycle" - is an idiom for the "festival cycle of our L-RD."
Reading these last 4 names we get this meaning: "The L-rd or Judge will come! Who goes and returns glorious and shining forth, who returns as in a cycle, a festival."

Now for the 81 stars make up this constellation, they confirm to us this same truth by Torah Gematria as well. "And Moses called unto them (Israel); and Aaron and all the rulers in the congregation (e'dah) returned unto him: and Moses talked with them." (Ex 34:31)

The words "in the congregation (e'dah)"
are: Bet = 2, Ayin = 70, Dalet = 4, Hey = 5, totaling = 81.

It is
"in the congregation (e'dah)" that Messiah Yeshua will come forth. In the air, He will call out to His "called out ones (e'dah)," and catch away His Bride, glorious and shining forth with the glory of the Father on Him, just like Moses did as he decended the mountain for the second time. "And it came to pass, when Moses came down from mount Sinai with the two tables of testimony in Moses' hand, when he came down from the mount, that Moses knew not that the skin of his face shone (with the glory) while he talked with him." (Ex 34:29)

So this
Mazal: "deli" (Aquarius - pail) can be seen pouring forth the water in which our garments will be made pure in, for the wedding feast is about to begin. For our Husband has save the last cup of wine for this "Festival." "But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom." (Matthew 26:29)

Shevat Tribe: Asher
Jacob's 8th son was by Zilpah, Leah's handmaid (Gen. 30:13). Of the tribe founded by him nothing is really recorded in Scripture beyond its holding a place in the list of the tribes (Gen. 35:26; 46:17; Ex. 1:4, etc.) The name "Asher" means: happy, happiness or pleasure. Jacob, our father blessed his son Asher by saying: "As for Asher, his food shall be rich (fat), and he will yield royal dainties."

What does this mean? Many believe it has to do with the sense of taste and eating. This may be true, however, there must be a deeper meaning then that! I believe it has to do with a very special tree, the olive tree which gives the goodly oil which is Asher's portion in the land of Israel. Of all the seven species of the land of Israel, the olive is the 6th, which is a Vav in the Hebrew AlephBet. Therefore the olive oil represents "Messiah light as man" who gives us the Holy Spirit, the Righteous One, who bear light for us, and who sustain generations of souls from the very genesis of time. Without His light, no one can see the
Light of Life, Messiah.

A key woman from Asher in the New Covenant Scriptures was Anna, the Prophetess, I can't wait to meet this woman some day.

Anna can be found in good news (gospel) of Dr. Luke 2:21-40. The infant Yeshua is brought to the Mountain of the L-RD (the Temple in Jerusalem) to be presented to the L-RD, and circumcised in accordance with the Torah. Anna, a Prophetess is a eye witness to Yeshua presentation. She is an old woman at this time, and had been a widow for some 84 years, that is a very long time. According to Dr. Luke's good news, she remained in the Temple night and day fasting, worshipping, and praying to G-d. The author, Dr. Luke, is apparently telling us of the Jewish nature of this old woman of faith for a reason. It is he who tells us she is from the tribe of Asher. I believe he wants to point out that many from the tribes of Israel were awaiting Messiah coming in Israel, even looking for Him daily in theTemple.

Yeshua and his parents are good Jews, and Anna's true Jewishness is ascribed to by the reference to her genealogy, stating that she was the daughter of
Phanuel (vision of G-d - face of G-d), from the tribe of Asher. When Anna sees the child Yeshua, she goes straight to Yeshua and thanks the L-RD for Him. She had been expecting the Messiah, whom she identifies as Yeshua here, she has now seen the face of G-d. Then this woman of great age spreads the news about Yeshua to others who were also looked for redemption, the Messiah in the Temple in Jerusalem, for "Salvation - Yeshua" is of the Jews, John 4:22.

As for Anna from Asher, her food was rich, and she did yield royal tidbit to Jerusalem. She is a woman of distinction, both through her lineage of the tribe of Asher and her devotion to G-d. The women of the tribe of Asher were known for their rare beauty and talent, which qualified them for royal and high-priestly marriages. Anna was widowed after just seven years of marriage and committed the remainder of her years in the House of the L-RD. So Anna is the first to fulfill Psalm 68:11 in the New Covenant Scriptures, making her truly "Asher - Happy" in her old age.

"The L-RD gives the command;
The women who proclaim the good news are a great host!"

She was the first of many women to spread the good news of Messiah to her people. Many other women would follow in her footsteps...

Shevat in the Bible
Shevat 1 - Deuteronomy 1:3
Shevat 24 - Zechariah 1:7

Other Events in Shevat: 1 Chronicles 27:14

Lamed 12 - ADAR
Adar means: to be wide; to be made great - honourable
'Adar also means: exceeding glorious - become glorious - magnificent

The Hebrew letter Lamed is the only letter of the AlephBet whose shape ascends above all other letters. This reflects the longing aspiration of the Lamed to shuvh (return), to its source, G-d! This is the experience of the feast of Rosh HaShana and Yom Kippur, making teshuvah (turning - return) to G-d.
G-d's "Light" His Menorah, descended, Man-ifesting Himself in the person of Yeshua Messiah, the Servant Lamp bring His teaching (lamed) with Him. The Lamed is the Hebrew letter stands for "teaching." It is G-d who came down teach us His ways. This is the last month of this 4th season, the 12th month, the cycle is now about to start all over again. With G-d the cycle is always teaching us about how much He love us, that's right. He came down teaching, "that G-d was in Messiah, reconciling the world unto Himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; and has committed unto us the word of reconciliation. Now then we are ambassadors for Messiah, as though G-d did beseech you by us: we pray you in Messiah's stead, all of you be reconciled to G-d. For He has made Messiah to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the 'righteousness of G-d' in Him." (2 Corinthians 5:19-21) The ancient Lamed is a picture of cattle prod, a "goad," and it is used on the sheep to lead them in straight paths for one thing. This is what Messiah came down to do, to teach us His Torah.

Adar commemorates the book of Esther with the feast of Purim, and the victory over evil. So this month
"mazal" stands for our "good fortune," for that's what "mazal" also means. When Adar enters we increase in all simcha, (joy). The festival of Purim does mark a high point in the simcha of the entire year. With glee and pleasure many faithful Jews write the name of evil Haman on the souls of theirs shoes, stomping him into the ground with great satisfaction, as the Esther is read out loud. I love this feast day!

So then, the Jewish year starts off with the great
redemption of Passover and thus concludes with the great simcha of the redemption of our Jewish people in the month of Purim.

Simcha will always break through all barriers of evil, in every evil age!

Adar is the only month that is
"momentous" in being us "hope!" This is the month G-d allowed to be used to added an additional Adar when needed. When there are two Adars, the festival of Purim is always celebrated in the second Adar. The reason for this, is to link the redemption of Jewish people at Purim, to the redemption of Passover. Thus the cycle secret of Adar is that the end, the Lamed is plugged into the genesis Bet, the beginning. A Lamed Bet = Lev, i.e. "Heart" in Hebrew. Thus the cycle of Torah can really start from this point as well. Remember this calendar is the Religious calendar, not the Civil one which starts reading the Torah cycle over the first Shabbat after Simcha Torah (Rejoicing in the Torah).

Adar Mazal: dagim (Pisces-two fish)
The word "dag" fish (the singular of "dagim" fishes), are G-d's wonderful creatures of what has been coined, "
the concealed hidden or secret world," the Sea. So are the souls of Israel considered "fish" that swim in the waters of the Word of G-d. Yeshua Messiah had much to do with fish and fisherman, all who were Jewish by the way.

Yeshua used a fish to pay His tax, lets read the account:
"And when they had come to Capernaum, they that received tribute money came to Peter, and said, Does not your master pay tribute? He said, Yes! And when he was come into the house, Yeshua prevented him, saying, 'What do you think Simon? of whom do the kings of the earth take custom or tribute? of their own children, or of strangers?' Peter said to him, Of strangers. Yeshua said to him, 'Then are the children free. Notwithstanding, less we should offend them, go thou to the sea, and cast a hook, and take up the fish that first comes up; and when you have opened his mouth, you shall find a piece of money: that take, and give to them for me and you.'" (Matthew 17:25-27)

The true identity and fortune of Israel is invisible in this world, it is Messiah Yeshua. The revelation of Israel's true identity, is reflects the revelation of the world to come. The miracle that took place on Purim can be understood to reflect in this world the great miracle for the people of Israel. It also reflect's the hope of the resurrection in the world to come, olam haba.

Although both fish
(Pisces-two fish) are shown as swimming in separate directions, they are tied together by a cord or band which is called "Al Risha." This cord or band is a "common bond" to both fish, what could that common bond be? Some believe its the Old Covenant and the New Covenant, but I do not think so. I think the "common bond" is the "King Messiah," the Messenger of the L-RD in the Hebrew Scriptures, and the Man-ifested Son of G-d, in the New Covenant Scriptures. Cepheus is part of Pisces constellation, and it means: the royal branch, and Cepheus also holds in its hand "a sceptre," and wears "a royal crown" on his head. What we have here is clear in Scripture, Isaiah 11:1-4.

"And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the L-RD shall rest upon Him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the L-RD; And shall make Him of quick understanding in the fear of the L-RD: and He shall not judge after the sight of His eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of His ears: But with righteousness shall He judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and He shall smite the earth with the rod (staff - lamed) in His mouth, and with the breath of His lips shall He slay the wicked."

You may say, your stretching this a bit, I think not. Cepheus also has an Egyptian name which means: "this one comes to rule," and Cepheus "girdle" is another star called, Al Phirk, which means: "the Redeemer." Cepheus also bears on his right knee another star, which means: "the shepherd." These stars paint a vivid picture of His identity.

"The one who comes to rule, is a Shepherd and the Redeemer,
wearing a crown, and has a sceptre in His hand."

This is Yeshua Messiah, our Shepherd, Redeemer and King!

Adar Tribe: Naphtali
Our father Jacob blessed his son
Naphtali: Naphtali is a hind let loose: he gives goodly words. (Genesis 49:21) Here is one other reading for that verse. "Naftali is a sent-off [messenger] deer, who gives [expresses] eloquent words." The "goodly words or eloquent words" of Naphtali give rise to joy and laughter in the ears of many who have the New Birth in Messiah Yeshua. Naphtali, who takes joy and laughs in, gives it back to us by the sweetness of teaching (lamed) us Torah.

In Kabbalah it is explained that the "eloquence" of Naphtali is reflects his great wisdom.
"His mouth shall speak of G-d's wisdom; and the meditation of his heart shall be of understanding G-d, and to G-d who made the heavens with such great skill, for it was G-d's lovingkindness which is everlasting who has the most "eloquence" speech of all. Therefore if this be so, and it is, now it is with joy you shall draw water out of the wells of "Salvation - Yeshua."

Jacob blessed his two grandchildren Ephraim and Manasseh to be like fish we are told, why?
The reason being is they are like
Pisces-two fish. "Now your two sons (fish), who were born to you in the land of Egypt before I came to you in Egypt, are mine; Ephraim and Manasseh shall be mine, just as Reuben and Simeon are mine." AGI (Genesis 48:5)

"So to Joseph is a fruitful bough, even a fruitful bough by a well; whose branches run over the wall...The blessings of your father have surpassed the blessings of my ancestors up to the utmost bound of the everlasting hills; may they be on the head of Joseph, and on the crown of the head of the one distinguished among his brothers." (Genesis 49:22;26)

These two tribes (the beginning of the year from Tishrei) reflect themselves in Adar and Naphtali (the end of the year from Nisan), for A'dar divides into two, just as Joseph divides into two fish (Ephraim and Manasseh).

"Yeshua said to them, Bring of the fish which you have now caught. Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, the number was 153: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken." John 21:10-11

A Torah Gematria of the number 153 in the book of Exodus can be found in Ex 12:21,
"the pesach (passover)-offering."
The words "the passover" = 153, Hey = 5, Pey = 80, Samech = 60, Chet = 8, total = 153. The phrase, "all the sons of Israel" = 153 as well.
What does all this mean, it means that "because of the Passover, all the sons of Israel will be drawn into the net, and this will take place in the last days!

"And so all Israel shall be saved: as it is written,
There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer,
and shall turn away ungodliness from Jacob" (Romans 11:26)

Ecclesiastes 1:9

This is only the Genesis of this study, however, I'll leave the rest to YOU!

The End...?

When we started this article, we asked you to think about a few question: 1. Are the Biblical dates in the Hebrew calendar important? 2. What do they teach us about G-d?

I hope you have found your answers, because I have. That answer is a resounding YES to the first question. To the second question, only you can answer that. This study teaches me how AWESOME my G-d really is. For Him to paint in the heavens with stars, and to paint in His Word with letters and numbers the path (zoad), the whole plan of G-d is Majestic, to say the least. Impressive is our G-d!!!

Remember: Only Holy Scripture is G-d-breathed! It is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness. This is so that mankind may be thoroughly equipped for every good work. This is G-d's doing!

What you have read in this two-part article
"A Fresh Look At The Biblical Hebrew Calendar" has many things in it which are not of Holy Scripture, but are supported by the Holy Scriptures.
It is never our intention to mislead anyone, but to show that G-d does not live in a box of our making. Our intention is always to show
Yeshua as the Messiah of Israel, our soon coming King, and the "Volume of the Book" - Psalm 40. I look to the Holy Spirit to lead me when putting these articles together, and if there be any glory in any of our articles, it is all His doing. Now, some our you may not see this as being of G-d, and that is ok by me, I take no offence at your opinion, you are entitled to it.

In the researching of this article, I read many many books. I tried not to use direct quotes from any of them, but to put this article in my own words. I wanted to fill this article with the best of their best, nothing more. To tell you the truth, I just do not like messing with footnotes, I would much rather make mention of the book and the author in the article. Most writers quote from each other works, and for the most part, I have found people just do not read footnotes. Now scholar’s do, and I am sorry if you are a scholar. However, below is a very small list of some of the wonderful books I did read over the years, and used to put this article together, I call these the crème de la crème on the subject:

1. Witness In The Stars - By E.W. Bolinger
2. Signs In The Heavens - By Marilyn Hickey
3. G-d's Voice In The Stars -
Zodiac Signs and Bible Truth - By Kenneth C. Fleming
4. The Spice Of Torah-Gematria - By Gutman G. Locks
5. The Wisdom In The Hebrew Alphabet - By Rabbi Michael L. Munk
6. The Jewish Book Of Numbers - By Ronald H. Isaacs
7. The Inner Meaning Of The Hebrew Letters - By Robert M. Haralick
8. The ALEF-BEIT
Jewish Thought Revealed through the Hebrew Letters - By Rabbi Yitzchak Ginsburgh
9. Living Word Pictures - Frank Seekins
10. The Holy Bible - By G-d's Holy Spirit
