Why I believe in the Triunity of God and that Yeshua (Jesus) is God!

Have you every had someone tell you, "Yeshua (Jesus) never said He was One with God, or the only Way to God? Has someone ever told you that, Yeshua claimed to be "The Morning Star" which is a nick name for LUCIFER (Satan), so they must be brothers, right? And this statement is one that more people I know stumble over, "Yeshua was not the Word of God made flesh."

I have gotten many of these kinds of questions over the years sent to the ministry from the uninformed, and sometimes from people who know the Bible, but who are confused about it. Most often, however, it's the ignorant and the unread who send these questions to me.

The hardest thing I have found I've had to deal with is to tell people who have never gone to church, nor read others books on the subject, "a Spiritual truth." According to the Word of God, the natural man does not accept the things of the "Spirit of God," for they are foolishness to him; and he "cannot" understand them, because they are "spiritually discerned" or you might say spiritually appraised, I Corinthians 2:14. You see, you cannot "prove" to someone things that are "spiritually discerned." Only the Holy Spirit can do that for a person, and it is His job to bring a seeking soul, true light from God.

Moreover people who are not "filled with the Holy Spirit," I believe are limited in their understand of the Word of God. "The Bible is discerned Spiritually, no Spirit, no discernment, know Spirit, know discernment. The power to understand the whole counsel of the Word of God comes from Him alone. I cannot stress this point enough, one needs the Holy Spirit to understand His Word!" --Adah Guzman

"But the Helper (Comforter), the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send
in My NAME, HE will teach you ALL THINGS, and bring to your remembrance
ALL that I said to you."
--John 14:26

The Holy Spirit is not an "it" nor is He just a "force or power," He is a person. And as a person He will respond to a person who is seeking truth from Him. Messiah Yeshua is the Anointed One of God, but so is the Holy Spirit of God.

"As for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, and you have no need for anyone to teach you; but as His anointing teaches you about all things, and is true and is not a lie, and just as it has taught you, you abide in Him." --1 John 2:27

Do you here that, you abide in Him, the anointed One in you. The Holy Spirit is the Paraclete i.e. Comforter, and the Spirit of Truth living in the born again Believer. It is He who brings the witness to your new spirit of God, the greater Spirit, the One in who's image you were made in.

"When the Comforter comes, whom I (Yeshua is speaking here) will send to you from the Father, that is the Spirit of Truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify about Me, and you will testify also, because you have been with Me from the beginning."
--John 15:26-27

Within this verse you can see the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, unless your blinded to it.
Here is
John 15:26 in the Strong's literal Greek:

Verse 26.
|3752| when |1161| And |2064| comes |3588| the |3875| Paraclete {Comforter} |3739| whom |1473| I |3992| will send |5213| to you |3844| from |3588| the |3962| Father, |3588| the |4151| Spirit |0225| of truth |3739| who |3844| from |3588| the |3962| Father |1607| proceeds, |1565| that {one} |3140| will testify |4012| concerning |1700| me.

Limited only in your Perception

Many people say Yeshua couldn't be God because He was so "limited" when He was here on earth. Are these limitations proof Yeshua wasn't God or were there reasons for these limitation? Following are some of the limitations they refer to as to why they can't believe.

4 Questions and Answers

1) If Yeshua is God, why was he weak physically in the flesh, God is Almighty?

Who said Yeshua was weak in flesh? not the Bible! That's a false perception of Him. He commanded throngs of people; and He was fearless when He drove out the moneychangers from the Temple. Now a weak man cannot do that and get away with it, and He did get away with it. He openly called the religious crowd; the Pharisees, hypocrites and blind guides. He told them they were full of extortion and excess. He also say about them; they were like whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful on the outside, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. This is strong stuff, no way was Yeshua weak physically in the flesh, that's just bad perception on the part of any persons who asks this question. My answer to anyone who thinks this way, is go back into the New Covenant Scriptures and reread them all over again, but this time without your glasses of prejudice on.

2) Why were there many things Yeshua did not know here on earth, God knows everything, why was He so limited in this?

Philippians 2:7-9 is the key here. Philippians 2:7-9 does not teach that Messiah emptied himself (the kenosis) of His Deity. Rather, to His Divinity He added humanity (i.e. He was "made in the likeness of men"). For the first time, He (God) was subject to such things as hunger, thirst, pain, disease, and temptation, John 19:28; Hebrews 4:15. In short, Yeshua came to Earth as a God-man, limting himself in only this way. However, in the book of the Revelation, we can clearly see Him once again the Eternal Mind knowing and telling us all things pertaining to the end-times, which He did not do before He was glorify. He left the glory of heaven to take on humanity to Himself and was then subject to limitations ever human being suffers to this day. Yeshua in His humanity slept because humans needs to, Matthew 8:24. Hope you get my point.

3) If Yeshua was God, why was He "talking to someone else" when He was praying?

Remember, there are three in the Godhead, Father which is in heaven, along with the Holy Spirit who was in Him there, and the Son now being on earth. Yeshua said He had to go away for the Holy Spirit to come, John 15:26. Think of it this way, if you had a young son and your young son took a trip, would you not want him to call you up so you can talk to him? Sure you would, you would be mad if he did not call you from time to time checking in with you. Well that is what prayer is, and Yeshua being a good Son was doing the same with His Father. Yeshua was also a great teacher, and as a great teacher, He was showing His followers just how to talk to God everyday without all the religious mambo jumbo the religious crowd was telling them to do. Even today the religious crowd will tell you must do this or that to really be praying to God. You must spend one hour every day or your not praying enough. What does the New Covenant Scriptures tell us about how to pray?

--Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will
of God in Messiah Yeshua concerning you. --1 Thess. 5:17

The Messiah the "good teacher" was doing the very same thing with His Father in Heaven because He was away from Him for our sake. The personally of the Son loved His Father and spent much time throughout the day and night seasons in prayer (talking) to Him. Other way of looking that is question is that the "someone else" Yeshua was talking to was really part of Himself, we all speak that way at times. At least I do!

4) How could God "die?"

Messiah God (The Anointed One; God) came to do just that! Die as a man to save us, mankind from his sins. The only person who could have borne our sins was God, a good man has no power to do that, no matter how good or anointed he was. Have you ever seen a star fish? Did you know if a star fish looses one of its arms, it can grow another one just like the one it lost. How does it do that? Well it does it because of the life force within itself. That life force causes that arm it to live again. The Holy Spirit raised Yeshua from the dead. The Holy Spirit is the power or the Life Force of all life and He caused Yeshua to live again because Yeshua is part of Himself. If you are born again of God, His Life Force will also raise you from the dead one day. Because Yeshua was sinless in His humanity, the grave could not hold Him, and the power of God, the person of the Holy Spirit raised Him up on the third day as planned by God before the foundation of the world, John 17:24.

"But if the Spirit of Him that raised up Yeshua from the dead dwell in you, He that raised up Messiah from the dead shall also quicken (by the life force from God) your mortal bodies by His Spirit that dwells in you." --Romans 8:11

You see, the Life Force of God is the person of the Holy Spirit, why else would Yeshua make this statement:

"Whosoever shall confess Me before men, him shall the Son of man also confess before the angels of God: but he that denies Me before men shall be denied before the angels of God. And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him. --Luke 12:8-10

Yeshua also said:

"All things have been handed over to Me by My Father; and no one knows the Son except the Father; nor does anyone know the Father except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son wills to REVEAL Him." --Matthew 11:27
