[This citation section provides a quick overview of the verses showing our God is "Triune."
We have elaborated on a few key Scripture, however, our view is that you need to
search out these things just like the noble of Berea (Acts 7:11). You will need a Bible to
do this study, if you do not have one, you may go to

Verses saying Yeshua (Jesus) is God:

Heb. 1:8
Ps. 45:6-8

God the Father called the Son "God."

Isa. 9:6

The "child" is called the "Mighty God."

Mt. 1:23,

Is. 7:14

Yeshua is called Immanuel (Emmanuel), which means "God with us."

John. 1:1-3

Many people who do not believe Yeshua is the Living Word of God site these 3 verses to prove their point...

However, if you are a Greek Scholar you know that the one who created "all" things in the beginning was God, by these verses and by Colossians 1:16 you can prove this.
It is Yeshua who created all things!

"And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth." --John 1:14

Hypotheses abound as to what "Logos" means, but if you believe the witness of the totality of Scripture, you will believe Yeshua is the Word (Living Torah) made flesh.

See also I John 1:1-4.

To say that Yeshua is the Living Torah, is not a anti-Judaism statement!

Remember, the Word of God will live forever!

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

Yeshua (the Logos = the Word) is God (literal Greek below)

-- Transliterated, Pronounceable of John 1:1-3
En archee' ee'n ho Lo'gos, kai' ho Lo'gos ee'n pro's to'nTheo'n, kai' theo's ee'n ho Lo'gos. Hou'tos ee'n en archee'pro's to'n Theo'n. Pa'nta di autou' ege'neto, kai' choori'sautou' ege'neto oude' he'n ho' ge'gonen.

KJV John 1:1-3

Bible:
The Word (devar) of LORD appears in the Bible as divine teaching, i.e. the medium of Revelation and guidance (Gen. 15:1; I Sam. 3:21; Isa. 55:10-11; Ezek, and Zech). Also the Word (devar) as the instrument of Creation
(Ps. 33:6; Gen. 1, though the technical term is not used here), and the instrument that controls nature (Ps. 107:20; 147:18). This usage parallels in some ways the threefold, normative Greek identification of the Logos. The Biblical emphasis however in John 1:1-3 tells us it is the Lord. The Word of the Lord here is identified directly with the "Torah" as in in Psalms 119, with all the attributes of the Messiah, the living "Word." Then in Psalm.89 we can see this as well. ***"I have made a covenant with my chosen, I have sworn unto David my servant, ...I have found David my servant; with my holy oil have I anointed him" --Psa. 89:3,20

***"And David my servant shall be king over them; and they all shall have one shepherd: they shall also walk in my judgments, and observe my statutes, and do them." --Ezekiel 37:24

***These passages are about the Messiah, and He is none other then Yeshua, the Anointed One!

Wisdom:
Wisdom (chokmah) is also ascribed in the first 9 chapters of the book of Proverbs, and as the "Word." Indeed, the Word of God and Wisdom are both identified with the Lord Yeshua by many verses in the New Testament, but
1 Corinthians 1:24 shows Messiah as the "Wisdom of God." ***"But unto them (Believers) which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Messiah the Power (Hebrew idiom for hand; yad) of God, and the Wisdom of God."

Read it in the New Living Translation:

But to those called by God to salvation, both Jews and Gentiles, Christ (Messiah) is the mighty Power of God and the wonderful Wisdom of God. --NLT

He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. --Revelation 19:13

"And all who believe in God's Son have eternal life. Those who do not believe, the Son will never experience eternal life, but the wrath of God remains upon them." --John 3:36

John 1:14

John 1:14 said: "And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of Grace and Truth."

Consider this: The first 14 verses of the book of John (meaning: Yahweh is gracious), were probably a hymn of the early church. They remind us that Yeshua is God's Word (John 1:1), "word" being a Greek term that means more then "Divine expression" or; "a thought expressed," this word Logos is best seen in the its Aramaic counterpart Memra. John uses these metaphors (1:4-5,14) so we too might see Yeshua is God, and for us to know Yeshua is to experience God's Grace and Truth fully to us. In the first century there was another term the Jews used it's Memra (Aramaic), this also has the meaning of "the Word of YHWH."

["And Abraham trusted in the Word [Memra] of YHWH, and He counted it to him for righteousness." --(Targum Onkelos Gen. 15:6)

Moreover Abraham prayed in the name of the Word of YHWH:

"And Abraham worshipped and prayed in the name of the Word [Memra] of YHWH, and said, 'You are YHWH who does see, but You cannot be seen.'" (Jerusalem Targum Gen. 22:14)

Note that here Abraham prays "in the name of the Word of YHWH" to the YHWH who "cannot be seen." Here two YHWHs are very apparent. Abraham is praying in the name of the Word of YHWH but is praying to the YHWH who cannot be seen. This idea is reinforced elsewhere as follows:

"And Hagar praised and prayed in the name of the Word [Memra] Of YHWH who had revealed Himself to her" (Jerusalem Targum Gen. 16:3)

That the Word of YHWH is the savior is expressed elsewhere:

"But Israel shall be saved by the Word of YHWH with an everlasting salvation By the Word of YHWH shall all the seed of Israel be justified." (Targum Jonathan Is. 45:17, 25)

"But I will have mercy upon the house of Judah, and I will save them by the Word of YHWH, their G-d." (Targum Jonathan Hosea 1:7)

Above quotes are from James Scott Trimm article on the web entitled:
"The Memra." ]

The Jews of the first century new these terms to mean that The Divine Expression i.e., was indeed "The Word of YHWH," that which was in the first with God. Abraham prayed in the name of the Word of LORD (YHWH). "God will indeed save all of Israel by the Word of YHWH, their G-d, because He is a God of Grace and Truth. --AG

1 Tim. 3:16

Paul said Yeshua was God "manifested in the flesh."

By common confession, great is the mystery of godliness: He who was revealed in the FLESH, was vindicated in the Spirit, seen by angels, proclaimed among the nations, believed on in the world, taken up in glory.

Col. 2:8.9

Paul said Yeshua was the "fullness of the Godhead bodily."

John. 20:28

If Thomas in the end worshiped
Messiah his Lord and His God, what about you? Will you in the end make that claim? I do!

Thomas said to Yeshua, " My Lord and My God." In literal Greek,

In literal Greek using Strong's numbers, verse 28 reads:
|2532| And |0611| answered |2381| Thomas, |2532| and |2036| said |0846| to him, |3588| The |2962| Lord |3450| of me |2532| and |3588| the |2316| God |3450| of me!

-- New Jerusalem with Apocrypha reads this way:
Thomas replied, "My Lord and my God!"

Titus 2:13

Paul called Yeshua "the great God."

Phil. 2:5-7

Paul said Yeshua didn't feel it was wrong to be considered "equal with God."

Have this attitude in yourselves which was also in Messiah Yeshua, who, although He existed in the form of God, did not regard equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied Himself, taking the form of a bond-servant, and being made in the likeness of men.

The word "form" #3444 - morphe, from the base root of #3313 (gives the idea of adjustment of parts); piece, portion, shape; fig. nature:--form.
